MSCHF x Crocs Boot releasing August 9th
The return of the Big Boot by MSCFH
MSCHF is at it again with their Big Boot series, and this time they have teamed up with Crocs for their latest release: the Big Yellow Boot.
The announcement of the MSCHF x Crocs Big Yellow Boot
First teased during the Paris Fashion Show, the announcement came later that MSCHF and Crocs would indeed be collaborating to bring their next Big Boot. After amassing so much attention from their consumers with the Big Red Boot, the internet went insane, continuing the hype for the release. Nearly every week, someone posted content that garnered attention towards the Big Red Boot. Incidents include a celebrity wearing the boot out in public, someone struggling terribly to get them off, or someone wearing them for a special occasion such as a graduation, concert, etc.
Design elements and attention to details
The MSCHF x Crocs Yellow Boot has a similar concept design to the Big Red Boot, but this time comes dressed in yellow with the design elements of a Croc. On the toe box, the boot features holes that are an iconic design of all Crocs. In addition to the hole design, the boot also features the heel strap on the heel/back area. The Crocs branding is on the back of the heel strap. Also featured on the heel straps are two round locks with the Crocs crocodile logo on the outer side. On the inner side of the boot, the round lock features the MSCHF logo, which consists of three exclamation marks. Lastly, the outsole features the MSCHF branding and the men's sizing printed on the left, and the women's sizing printed on the right.
Release details and retail pricing
The MSCHF x Crocs Big Yellow Boot will be released via the MSCHF website and the MSCHF app on August 9th at 2 PM EST. The release process will be through a draw and open for 24 hours only. This time, the retail price will increase to $450, which is a $100 jump from the Big Red Boot's retail price. MSCHF has partnered up with Paris Hilton for on-foot product photos.
