Stussy x Born x Raised collaboration releases August 11th
Continuing its momentum from the mid-season capsule collection alongside the Los Angeles Dodgers, Born X Raised unveils an unprecedented partnership, this time teaming up with the adjacent streetwear label, Stüssy. The fusion of these two iconic Southern California brands aims to interlace "legacy, fashion, and ingenuity" throughout an exclusive assortment of wearable ensembles and accessories.
Within the collection, a trio of T-shirt creations masterfully combione Born X Raised lettering with the timeless graffiti typography synonymous with Stüssy. Particularly noteworthy is the "Handstyle" tee, showcasing the distinctive penmanship of Born X Raised's co-founders, 2Tone and Spanto. The front of the shirt showcases 2Tone's distinctive signature, while the back of the design pays homage to Spanto, who tragically passed away back in June due to a car accident.
In this upcoming drop is a versatile zip-up hoodie which commemorates the inaugural collaboration with a simple yet impactful dual logo, while a long-sleeve jersey boasts Stüssy's signature eight-ball motif, accentuated by Born X Raised branding on its rear. In addition, the collection encompasses an LA-embossed fitted hat, along with an eight-ball adorned beach towel and a sleek Zippo lighter.
